No, basketballBOX is not a random mystery box. You choose 3, 4, or 5 NBA jerseys — any team — for $129, $149, or $179. Every jersey is checked, folded, and packed by hand before it ships.
What's the difference between the Swingman and Authentic/Player versions?
The Swingman version has a looser, more relaxed fit. The Authentic/Player version has a slimmer, on-court cut — that's why we recommend sizing up 1 or 2 sizes for a more comfortable fit.
How many jerseys can I choose, and how does the discount work?
You build your box with 3, 4, or 5 jerseys — $129, $149, or $179. The more jerseys you choose, the better the price per jersey, applied automatically at checkout.
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page includes a detailed size chart (length and chest measurements, in inches) for the Swingman, Authentic/Player, women's, and kids' versions. We recommend checking your measurements before you complete your purchase.
What is the delivery time?
Orders ship within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Average delivery time is 7–12 business days, and can take up to 20 business days in some cases (weekends and holidays are not counted).
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email your tracking code within 4 business days. Tracking updates can take 1–5 business days to appear in the carrier's system.
I ordered more than one item. Will they arrive together?
You can order as many items as you like in a single order. Because shipping processes can vary, items sometimes arrive in separate packages, but always within the estimated delivery window.
